Owned and run by Celi McCorkle, the Mother of Tourism, this intimate 14 room property is a quiet blend of understated elegance with an old-world feel. A stay at the Holiday Hotel is kicking off your shoes and curling up in a hammock with a great book. It’s a cool drink while chatting up with friendly locals who pass in and out of the restaurant and bar throughout the day. It’s a comfort level that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk through our carved Mahogany double doors, and the feeling that your stay was much too short when you’re leaving!

Each of our rooms feature a balcony, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

All rooms have immediate and direct access to the beach and have unmatched views of the Caribbean Sea. All rooms are either on ground or Second floor.

All rates are quoted in US DOLLARS and are subject to changes based on demand and season..

Second time staying here and love it! Perfect location for a beach vacation. The older gentleman who works at the front desk needs to be a little nicer but otherwise everything was amazing and I’d stay again!!

We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Hotel! We stayed in a Beachfront Standard Double Room on the second floor, which was very charming with the basic amenities and AC. We loved the views of the ocean in the morning and often kept our door open to enjoy the view. The staff were very friendly and they cleaned our room and towels regularly. Yes the water pressure in the sink and shower is quite low, but we didn’t find it to be a huge issue and there was always enough hot water. The location is hard to beat and while it can get noisy if there’s music playing at the hotel restaurant or next door, we didn’t mind the lively atmosphere. We did some diving at the Scuba School, which recently moved further up the beach but it’s a pleasant 5 minute walk on the beach to get there. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of town, staff were amazing and helped with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant served great food, and the bar staff were great

We really enjoyed Holiday Hotel in San Pedro. Our room was right on the beach which was great. The weather wasn't the best so we spent a lot of time in the room which was clean and comfortable - the AC worked well. This venerable old hotel is one of the oldest in San Pedro which gives it lots of charm. The staff were very helpful in organizing snorkeling tours for us which was greatly appreciated.

This is a very basic hotel. Could use a remodel BUT the location is excellent, the staff is wonderful, and it is clean. Mattresses were good. Great beach access and if you are going diving, the Scuba School and Family Dive Center is right there. We also enjoyed the connected restaurant.

We stayed here because their bar/restaurant next door was holding their annual Halloeeen party. The rooms are all beachfront. It was very clean, with a wardrobe, table, chest of drawers, and vanity. Had a little issue with the remote and there were no washcloths. Bathroom was very new. Definitely a great value.

Friendly people, right on the beach within walking distance of the best dive shop on the island. Good food it right next door and the view from the rooms is delightful. We will definitely stay here again.
